chopped
6 med/lg Jersey Tomatoes
12-15 fresh basil leaves
¼ tsp
chili powder
½ tsp sea salt
8 oz of fresh mozzarella thinly

chili powder and sea salt to garlic/onion mixture. Let sauce marinate at room
temperature for at least 2 hours or longer.
Prepare pizza dough. Top with
Philadelphia Pi's pizza sauce then drizzle our secret ingredient
HONEY in a clockwise direction onto the sauce. Top sauce with fresh mozzarella.
Bake in a hot oven, 425-450 degrees for 8-10 mins until crust is brown and crisp
and cheese is melted.
