a shallow baking dish. Insert cloves on skin side of ham in a diamond pattern.
Pour sherry over ham. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour, basting every 15 minutes. Tropical Glaze In a small saucepan combine all ingredients. Heat over medium to low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and clears. Glaze ham with some sauce and serve remainder as an accompaniment to the ham. If desired, cinnamon can be sprinkled on top of glaze. |
